Shipping & Returns

Shipping

All of our orders ship from our Dallas, TX based studio within 2-3 days of your order being placed. Larger orders may take an additional day or two to ship. Unless it is given as a specific option at checkout we use USPS as our preferred carrier. Depending on the region, orders may take up to 7 business days to reach their final destination. We always aim to make shipping as affordable as possible. 

 

Returns

We only accept unused, unopened, and undamaged items for returns. Additionally those items must be return postmarked within 7 days of the order being received. Once those items are received a return will be initiated. Please note we do not cover return shipping costs. 

When the 7 day return window has closed but the items are not wanted by the purchaser we always encourage those items to be donated or at the very least recycled.
